Around the house
VerDi sits directly on the first line of the Bay of Kotor, with a garden, sun terrace and sun deck, outdoor fireplace, picnic area, barbecue and outdoor dining furniture on the patio. The house is detached, entirely non-smoking with a designated smoking area outside, and free public parking is available on site with street parking nearby. WiFi is free in all areas.
Inside the apartments
Every apartment has a private entrance, air conditioning, heating, soundproofing and tile or marble floors, with a fully equipped kitchen including stovetop, refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine, electric kettle, kitchenware, cleaning products and a dining table. The private bathroom comes with a bath or shower, toilet, towels, free toiletries, hairdryer and toilet paper, while the living area offers a dining area, seating area and desk. Bedrooms include linens, a wardrobe or closet, sockets by the bed, clothes rack, drying rack, iron and ironing facilities, and flat-screen TVs carry satellite and cable channels. Tea and coffee making facilities are provided in each apartment.
Services
Private check-in and check-out, baggage storage, invoices on request and an ATM on site keep practical matters simple, and an airport shuttle or private shuttle service can be arranged at an additional charge. Family rooms and interconnected apartments are available, cribs can be requested free of charge for children up to one year, and beach towels are provided. The team speaks English and Russian.
House rules
Check-in is from 3:00 PM to 11:30 PM and check-out from 7:00 AM to 10:30 AM - please let us know your expected arrival time in advance. Guests show a photo ID and credit card at check-in. The property accepts cash payments only, and a refundable damage deposit of € 50 is collected in cash on arrival and returned at check-out after an inspection. Quiet hours are between 11:00 PM and 7:00 AM. Children of all ages are welcome, there are no extra beds, smoking is not allowed and pets are not accepted.
